We would like to say a big thank you to all the children for thinking about Anti-Bullying this week (11-15th November). All of the children have been encouraged to think about the effects of bullying and to show each other the support needed to prevent it from happening.
On Tuesday, both children and adults of Brixworth Primary school were invited to wear odd socks to celebrate what makes us all unique. This was carried though into assembly this week where the theme of Choose Respect was used to empower everyone to do something positive to counter the harm and hurt that bullying causes.
In addition to this the anti-bullying group shared their songs to the whole school during Thursday’s assembly. If you would like to hear the songs, they are available to listen to via the following link:
