Headteacher's Welcome Message
At Brixworth Church of England Primary School, we all aim to be the be the very best that we can be – academically, socially, emotionally, physically and spiritually within a safe, healthy, inspirational and enjoyable environment. We have eight values, chosen by our children and staff, which are the foundation of everything we do and these are: Love, Peace, Courage, Thankfulness, Kindness, Service, Forgiveness and Truth. Through our on-going curriculum, our daily worship, our value awards and celebration assemblies the children are able to understand what each of these values look like at our school.
The children are at the heart of every decision we make to ensure that they are safe, happy and confident and that the opportunities that are provided for them are relevant to their needs both now and in the future.
Through our engaging, progressive curriculum the children develop a passion for learning and curiosity about our world, that will help to develop high aspirations and memories that last a lifetime. We believe in ensuring that children receive a well-rounded curriculum, where individual talents, in any area, can be spotted and nurtured, and that all children experience success and reach their full potential.
The school has a fantastic team that works hard to reach high standards in everything we do. This is further embedded through our successful relationships with parents and the local community. We firmly believe that education is a partnership between home and school and regard you as an active partner in your child's education and value your interest and support.
We want all of our staff, governors, children and their families to feel part of our school family and know that we are here to support and help them to be the best they they can be.
We are very proud of our amazing school.
