On Tuesday 14th April, KS1 had their WOW Day to introduce the new topic of 'Island Explorers'. The children had a fantastic day learning about different Caribbean islands. They had the opportunity to dress up in fabulous holiday outfits. The exciting day consisted of the children going on a plane ride to their Caribbean country where they were introduced to their pilot and air hostess. They then had a carnival dance workshop, learnt all about their country and to finish the day, they took part in a carnival parade.
