Year 6 had the opportunity to be immersed in WWII and experience different aspects of conflict through the use of Virtual Reality headsets. We kindly borrowed these from Millway Primary School- thank you so much. 

Lately, we have been learning about WWII in all subjects, especially in English. We have been writing setting descriptions. We absolutely loved using the VR headsets and it opened our mind to more ideas for our learning to come alive. When having them on it felt like we were transported to WWII. It felt unreal.

We thought it was so much fun and very realistic. It felt like we were soldiers. We would love to do it again.
